Privacy

infiniqr creates QR codes inside your browser. For normal (static) codes, what you type (links, WiFi passwords, contact details) and your logo are never uploaded to us or anyone else, and we never see who scans them.

Optional editable codes (“Editable + statistics”): if you turn this on, we store on our server the destination link, a random code ID, a hash of your private management key (never the key itself), the creation date and whether the code is paused. When someone scans it we count the scan per day, country (from the network), device type and operating system. We use no cookies and store no IP addresses; to estimate unique scans we keep a salted daily fingerprint that is deleted after one day. Statistics are kept while the code exists; deleting the code deletes them.

Abuse: to prevent spam we keep a daily counter per salted connection fingerprint (deleted daily). Reports sent through the report form are stored with the code ID and your message only. We may disable codes that point to phishing, malware, scams or illegal content.

We do not use accounts or set cookies of our own. Your recent choices, saved designs and the private keys of your editable codes are kept in your browser’s local storage, on your device only.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The website is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP address) to deliver pages securely. Questions: hello@infiniqr.com
