Where to put your menu
Any public link works: your website’s menu page, a PDF on Google Drive or Dropbox (set to “anyone with the link”), or your Instagram. Tip: if your menu changes, keep the same link and replace the file behind it — the printed QR stays valid.
One code per table
Use the Bulk tab: paste one line per table (table-1, https://…?t=1) and download them all in a ZIP, with the same design.
Print it right
At least 3 cm wide, matte paper or a sticker, a frame with “Scan for the menu” and good contrast. Our scan check warns you if a design is risky.
Frequently asked questions
Can I update the menu without reprinting?
Yes, if the QR points to a page or file you can update (your website, a Google Drive file you replace). The QR keeps the same link.
PDF or web page?
A web page loads faster on phones; a PDF is fine if it is light (under 2–3 MB).
Will it expire?
No. It’s a static code with no trial and no scan limit.
