Legal notice and terms of use

infiniqr is a free service to create and read QR codes. Static codes are made entirely in your browser; editable codes store only the destination link and anonymous scan statistics on our server.

Intellectual property. The design, text, graphics, sample photographs, brand and source code of infiniqr are protected by copyright and international treaties. © 2026 infiniqr. All rights reserved.

Without prior written permission it is forbidden to: copy, reproduce, distribute or publish the site or its code in whole or in part; decompile, deobfuscate or reverse engineer it; extract or reuse its files, images or assets for other sites or products; and circumvent the technical measures that protect the code.

Unauthorised reproduction of protected works may be a criminal offence. We reserve the right to take any civil and criminal action available.

The QR codes you create are yours: use them for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial, without attribution. These restrictions cover the site and its code, not your codes.

Some third-party components included in infiniqr are distributed under their own open-source licences, whose notices are included with the site's files (/legal/third-party-notices.txt). Those licences apply only to those components.

Use of the service. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. You are responsible for the content of your codes and for checking them before printing.
